DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for accessory orders is 1-3 working days in the territory of Latvia and 3-7 working days in other European countries.
Delivery time for BarkBed orders is 2-3 working days for Latvian territories and 3-7 working days for other European countries. The delivery of the package depends on the regulations in the recipient's country - the courier calls and agrees on a suitable delivery time, or simply brings the package.
Depending on the volume of orders, product availability and ongoing promotions, some orders may take a little longer than usual to fulfill, but we will try to get it to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND RIGHTS OF REFUSAL
You have the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 days after receiving the order (except for the BARKBED dog bed, if you have already removed it from the vacuum packaging) , because the bed cannot be repackaged after it has expanded.
Accessories can be returned by sending them via OMNIVA parcel to the address below. The goods must be unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. BarkLatvia will refund the received money to the payer's account within 3 working days from the day the returned goods are received, but in some cases the refund may take up to 14 days.
